St Andrew, Langley will be the venue for a Celebration of New Ministry on October 10, 7pm, when The Reverend Andrew Halladay is licensed as Vicar.
Rev. Halladay continues as the Director for the Diocesan School for Parish Development in the dioceses of New Westminster and Ottawa.
The Reverend Kristen Steele, pastor of Shepherd of the Valley (Lutheran) will preach.
The liturgical colour will be green.
