Those with a concern for the rights of families to be together, free from violence that drives many from their homes , will want to learn about the situation in El Salvador and the Northern Triangle. Foundation Cristosal helps these people by working with the Salvadoran Ombudsman’s Office, building a data base of incidents to quantify the problem and it helps people flee the violence perpetrated by gangs and the state. Learn how you can help as an advocate or by enrolling in the Global School, or with financial assistance as Executive Director Noah Bullock describes the needs of these people.
Cristosal Foundation, with a strong history of human rights work and support for community development is working actively to address these issues.
This event is a partnership between the St. Mary's Kerrisdale Cristosal Base Community and Christ Church Cathedral.
