Herbalist Leona Browne of the Nisga'a and Gitxan nations and Cease Wyss (ethnobotanist for Coast Salish Plant nursery) have educated the members of St. David's parish active in this ministry on the properties of native plants and helped with selection of plants for the garden. We have done extensive research guided by Tsawwassen First Nation, and many people have helped in the clean up and planting of the site.
