Taizé is a style of Christian worship practised by the ecumenical Taizé community in France, characterized by the repetitive singing of simple harmonized tunes, often in various languages, interspersed with readings, prayers, and periods of silence.
On Sunday, 24th of September 2017, a Taizé Worship Service will be held at the Labyrinth/Church Upper Hall at 7pm. Please enter via the red external Labyrinth door at 1140 Jervis Street, Vancouver, BC
The facilitators are Rev. Andrew Halladay & Rev. Christine Magrega (St. Augustine's), Rev. Clare Morgan, Rev. David Taylor (St. Dunstan's) and Glen Mitchell (Diocesan Synod Office) & Christine Mitchell St. Mary's, Kerrisdale).
