The first episcopal visit to Holy Trinity, New Westminster of his episcopacy. HTC is the bishop's 'other' cathedral church. The cathedra was moved to Christ Church, Vancouver by then Archbishop, the Most Reverend Adam de Pencier in 1929.

During the liturgy, Cayleigh Natasha Elcheshen was confirmed.
