The 10th Anniversary of 9/11 falls on a Sunday in 2011 and St. Alban's Incumbent, Rev. Margaret Cornish and Director of Music, Kevin Zakresky are gathering people of all faiths in Richmond for a service of song, prayers and readings of different faith traditions.
Attending and participating in the service to date will be Rabbi Claudio from Beth Tikva Synagogue, Richmond; Mr. Balwant Sanghera from the Sikh Community, Richmond; musicians representing the Ishmaeli community and spiritual leaders and members of various Christian communities in Richmond.
On this anniversary we want to pause and reflect together, worship God together, and, in hope, move forward together trusting in God’s ever-present power to reconcile and heal.
