Baby Cafe launches Weekly Breastfeeding Drop-In
Baby Cafe has been running on Wednesdays at St George Maple Ridge for two and a half years, and we have welcomed well over 400 people in that time.
St George's Rector David Edgerton comments "St George's vision includes serving our community and being a family-friendly church. We are excited to build on the special place that Baby Cafe has become in the community and to offer this new place of support for families."
Every Tuesday morning from 10:30am until 12 noon we are running a Breastfeeding Drop-In session. Fraser Health Public Health Nurses will be on hand each week to provide support. Just like Baby Cafe St George's will provide a welcoming space for mums, babies and toys for older siblings to play with as well. St George's is proud to serve fresh fair-trade organic coffee and tea, and there are tasty home-made treats to enjoy.
There is no charge and the drop-in session is open to everyone in the Maple Ridge community. If you have questions please contact Bridget through the St George's office.
