Bishop, Archdeacons, Diocesan Leadership Staff and Spouses Annual Gathering

The West End apartment inhabited by the Venerable Douglas Fenton and his husband Keith Landherr was the venue for the 2022 iteration of the Archdeacons, Bishop and Synod Staff Leadership Team and Spouses annual gathering. The Venerable Kevin Hunt, Archdeacon of Burrard and Rector of St. James also lives in this building with husband, Allan Hudson, so the four of them co-hosted the event.

Byron Jang, husband of the Venerable Stephanie Shepard, Archdeacon of Granville and Priest-in-Charge of St. Francis, Caulfeild serves up some spuds as Shailene Caparas, Director of Finance on Synod Staff and the Venerable Richard Leggett, Archdeacon of Westminster and Vicar of Holy Trinity Cathedral, New Westminster look on.

As you can see from the photos kindly supplied by Archdeacon Fenton, the event was well attended and the food looks fantastic. This gathering has a decades long history but was difficult to stage during the recent COVID years.
