Many thanks to the clergy of Holy Trinity, White Rock (HTWR), the Reverends Neil Gray and Paul Richards for submitting these great photos of the HTWR family service held on Christmas Eve at 7pm.
Reverend Richards told diocesan communications, “we have held a traditional family service on Christmas Eve for many years, and we have included the theme of the journey of the Holy Family. This year the worship was altered slightly in that the children led the congregation in the singing of “Silent Night” (the children sang the first verse and the congregation joined in for the second verse).”
The service was well-attended with in excess of 80 present which included the group of 10 young people who participated in the journey of the Holy Family portion. The children involved regularly participate in the HTWR Sunday School and the “Right 13” program.
HTWR also offered at 10pm Christmas Eve service and there was also worship the morning of Christmas Day.
