St. Mary’s, Kerrisdale is undergoing some major renovations at the moment with a new lay-out and look planned for the 101 year old sanctuary.
The photo taken by SMK verger, John Taylor on January 31st, 2012 shows that the floor has been removed and the upper areas of the sanctuary are being protected by a ceiling of plastic.While the sanctuary is under construction the community meets for worship in the SMK gymnasium situated on the same building footprint east of the sanctuary.
