The Ecclesiastical Province of British Columbia and the Yukon is one of four ecclesiastical provinces in the Anglican Church of Canada and it contains five active and one inactive dioceses, among them, the Diocese of New Westminster.
The total reps from the province was reduced from 6 to 4.
1 bishop, 1 clergy and 2 laity. The Reverend Dr. Lynne McNaughton currently Priest-in-Charge of St. Clement's, North Vancouver was nominated for the clergy spot and was elected.
The other three representatives are: The Right Reverend James Cowan, Bishop of the Diocese of British Columbia, Dr. Lela Zimmer of the Anglican Parishes of the Central Interior and Dr. Randall Fairey of the Diocese of Kootenay.
Lynn was also elected to the National Church, Faith, Worship and Ministry Committee.
Rob Dickson, the Business Administrator was elected to the newly formed National Philanthropy Committee.
