For those of you who haven't heard, The Venerable Ronald Harrison,
Executive Archdeacon of the Diocese of New Westminster will retire after 11 years
in the position and almost 43 years of ministry.
Tuesday, December 4th, 2012, marked the final Archdeacon's meeting of his career. There was a full turnout for this meeting, all were present and accounted for: the Archdeacons of the five Archdeaconries of the diocese, the Archdeacon of Deacons, the Dean of the Diocese, the Senior Staff of the Diocese, the Bishop's
Administrative Assistant and Bishop Michael.
The Synod office closes for the Christmas break December 20th, 2012 and opens again January 2nd, 2013. During that hiatus is Ron's retirement date of December 31st, 2012.
