Sermon preached by the Reverend Stephen Rowe, Rector of the Anglican Parish of the Church of the Epiphany, Surrey and Regional Dean of Peace Arch on Tuesday, February 7, 2023 during the Celebration of a New Ministry Eucharist that saw the Reverend Robin Ruder Celiz inducted as Rector of the Parish of St. Helen, Surrey by the Right Reverend John Stephens, Bishop of the Anglican Diocese of New Westminster.
There was an excellent turnout of clergy and a good-sized congregation including a number of folks from the Reverend Celiz's former parish of All Saints, Ladner.
