The Right Reverend John Stephens's first Episcopal Visit to his parish of St. Oswald's, Port Kells. Lent II. Bishop Stephens takes the Gospel for his text.
During this episcopal visit, Bishop Stephens invested the parish's 2022 nominee Sheila Snell into the Order of the Diocese of New Westminster. Sheila had been unable to attend the November 5, 2022 Investiture. He also installed the new parish wardens and handed out Certificates of Recognition to all members of the parish.
This was also the penultimate liturgy for the parish's outgoing vicar, the Reverend Miranda Sutherland.
