Is responsible for promoting communication within the diocese, as well as between the church and the wider community. His areas of activity include: media relations, public relations counsel, audio visual and print resources, documentary and promotional film production, event production, computer communications including the diocesan website (the administration of the news and events pages for promotion and coverage of events), editing and assembling the weekly Diocesan E-News, ad hoc and scheduled email communications through Constant Contact, overseeing diocesan social network communications, support for the communications needs of parishes and editing the monthly diocesan publication, TOPIC which is distributed as a section of the national publication,The Anglican Journal. He is also Topic's principal reporter and photographer.
