Sermon preached by Archbishop Melissa Skelton during the Eucharist that began the Diocesan Council Retreat at Christ Church Cathedral, September 12, 2020 9:30am.
This Eucharist also contained the Collation and Institution of the Dean of the Diocese. Cathedral rector, Christopher Pappas was collated and instituted in a ceremony that involved: Archbishop Skelton; the Venerable Douglas Fenton, Archdeacon of Vancouver; the Chancellor of the Diocese, George Cadman, QC, ODNW; the Venerable Kevin Hunt, Archdeacon of Burrard. Chris is now the Very Reverend Chris Pappas, Rector of Christ Church Cathedral and Dean of the Diocese of New Westminster.
