This form may be helpful to parishes adding a ministry role that is not listed in the 'Ministry Risk Levels with CRCVS & Safe Church Training Requirement' guide. It provides ideas to consider when assessing risk. You can also contact the Diocesan Screening in Faith Adminstrator for assistance.
This form is a graphic showing how to decide what level of risk to assign a particular ministry. This may be helpful to some parishes with ministry roles not shown on the 'Ministry Risk Levels with CRCVS & Safe Church Training Requirements' guide. When hiring a new staff person or voting in a new person at vestry it can be helpful to have a guide and form of all the elements needed to complete the Screening Process. This form is designed to help you do just that.
This is a letter for use by the parish. It is to be given to volunteers to take to the Police / RCMP station to support the request for the CRC/VSC. This is only needed if the volunteer is going to the station in person. If the volunteer has chosen to apply online through the Diocesan SIF Adminstrator, this letter will not be needed.
